Chicken dum biryani

INGREDIENTS:
Chicken Biryani
1 kg of chicken with bones
500 gm basmati rice ( wash and soak for 30 mn)
500 gm sliced onions
3 sliced tomatoes
4 to 5 green chillies
1 cup yogurt
2 tbs lime juice
3Tbs ginger and garlic paste
2tbs chilli powder
Chopped mint leaves
Chopped coriander leaves
2 cinnamon sticks
3 cardamom & cloves
2 bay leaf
2 star anise
1 Cup oil
Salt

Ingredients to make mutton curry
500 gm pressure cooked boneless mutton
2 chopped onions
2 chopped tomatoes
1 tbs ginger and garlic paste
1tbs chilli powder
1 1/2 tbs coriander powder
1 cup coconut cream
1 cinnamon stick
3 cloves
2 cardamom
Chopped coriander leaves
Salt
Oil
Ingredients to make mutton Sukka
300 gm cooked boneless mutton
2 tbs mutton Sukka powder
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
Chopped coriander leaves
1 cinnamon stick
3 cloves
2 cardamom
Salt
Oil
Ingredients to make prawn fry
15 medium prawns
1tbs mutton Sukka powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tbs Yogur
Chopped coriander leaves
Salt
Oil
Ingredients to make fish fry
3 vanjaram piece
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp ginger & garlic paste
1 tsp corn flour
1tsp lime juice
Salt
Oil
