Mutton Biryani Recipe in Kannada | Pressure Cooker Mutton Biryani | Non Veg Recipes Kannada

Welcome to Kechu’s Home and Kitchen channel. Today I am going to show you how to make Pressure cooker mutton biryani in Kannada. Mutton Biryani is the famous nonveg recipe everywhere and also a tasty recipe. Mutton biryani is prepared in several ways and this is also one of them.

Ingredients required to prepare mutton biryani are:

1. Mutton – 1 kg
2. Turmeric Powder – half spoon
3. Red chilly powder – 2 spoons
4. Salt- as per requirement

To make a masala paste

1. Shallots / Small Onions – 6
2. Garlic – hand full
3. Ginger – 1 big piece
4. Green chilies – 3
5. Dry Red chilies – 6
6. Coriander leaves – 1 cup
7. Pudina – 1 cup
8. Coriander Powder – 1 and a half spoon
9. Water to grind the masala

Step 3

1. Ghee – 5 to 6 spoons
2. Oil – 2 to 3 spoons
3. Cloves – 6 to 7
4. Cinnamon stick – 4 to 5
5. Cardamom – 5
6. Bay leaves – 2
7. Onions – 4
8. Tomato – 4
9. Curd – 1cup
10. Coconut milk – 1 glass
11. Water – 5 or 6 glass
12. Soaked Rice – 4 glass (10 mnts soaked)
