Malai Paneer Kofta Recipe In Hindi – मलाई पनीर कोफ्ता | Malai Kofta Curry | Swaad Anusaar With Seema

Vegetable Stock
1 jar of water
2 chopped onions
5-6 chopped tomatoes
2 green chillies
1 tbsp almond
2 tbsp cashew nut
1 tbsp cardamom

200gms of paneer
3 boiled potatoes
1/2 tsp of salt
dry coriander
red chilli powder
coriander leaves
3 tbsp cornflour

2 tsp of ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp dry coriander
1 tsp cumin powder
coriander leaves
1/2 cup of fresh cream
garam masala

– In a pan add water, chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, almond, cashew nut and cardamom and let it boil.
– Mash the paneer and add boiled potatoes and mix them together then add salt, cumin, dry coriander, red chilli powder, coriander leaves and cornflour.
-Make a small ball of it and keep a cashew nut inside it then roll it and fry in hot oil.
– Drain the water from boiled vegetables and let them cool and make a puree of it by using grinder and vegetable stock.
– In a pan add oil, ginger garlic paste, puree and vegetable stock
– Add salt, red chilli powder, dry coriander, cumin powder, coriander leaves, fresh cream & garam masala.
– In a plate place the kofta’s and pour the gravy over it
– Malai Paneer Kofte is ready to be served.
