‘Like Hrithik Roshan he should just explode on screen’: Saif Ali Khan on son Ibrahim Ali Khan’s Bollywood debut

Actor Saif Ali Khan, who is currently shooting for his upcoming horror-comedy film ‘Bhoot Police’ in Dharamshala, pictures of which have taken the internet by storm since the actor is accompanied by wife Kareena Kapoor Khan and son Taimur Ali Khan on the work trip and their interesting images from pottery/culinary sessions have the netizens intrigued, is of the opinion that his elder son Ibrahim Ali Khan should stay off social media till his Bollywood debut. 

The ‘Baazaar’ actor, while calling his son a ‘good looking kid’, said in a recent interview with Mumbai Mirror that Ibrahim that he believes Ibrahim should stay away from social media and be seen less for now since he is still growing and developing his own personality.

Saif in his interview also mentioned that he would like his son’s debut to be like that of actor Hrithik Roshan where he completely explodes on screen. 

Saif told Mumbai Mirror, “Like Hrithik Roshan, he should just explode on screen. There will be comparisons with me, he can’t avoid that, but he’s still growing, developing his own personality, so it’s best to be seen less for now.”

Ibrahim is Saif’s second child with ex-wife Amrita Singh. 25-year-old actor Sara Ali Khan is his eldest.

During his interaction with the publication, speaking about the soon-to-arrive baby with second wife Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif quipped ‘the more the merrier’. He, however, also pointed out that actors could get very lonely returning to empty hotel rooms after a long day’s work. He said, “Reminds me of Sartaj Singh from Sacred Games who would leave the lights on so he didn’t have to come back to a dark home. I find myself offering a prayer of thanks to God for this gift of love. The warmth of a family is something I’ll always be grateful for.”

Talking about his autobiography Saif told the publication, “I am going into it with some trepidation because I want to do it honestly and truthfully, with depth, without hurting anyone, simply embracing my life and sharing experiences.”
