Keema/Minced Mutton Biryani Ingredients:

1. Minced Mutton : 250gms
2. Basmati Rice : 350 gms
3. Onion : 1 large size chopped
4. Oil : 1/4th Cup
5. Curd : 1 Cup
6. whole spices: 3 cardamom, 2 cloves 2 bay leaf, 1/4th tsp black cumin, 4-5 small cinnamon pieces.
7. Mint and Coriander leaves: handful of leaves
8. green chillies: 4
9. Salt:1 tsp
10. Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
11. Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
12. Garam masala powder : 1/2 tsp
13. Coriander powder: 1and 1/2 tsp
14. Ginger garlic paste : 2 tsp
15. Food color: Saffron strands color or food color mixed in water.
16. Lemon juice ; 1 tbsp
