Mixed Meat Fried Rice Recipe-
3 tablespoons Ching’s Secret All in One sauce
2 cups boiled rice
2 tablespoons chicken coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons shrimps coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons ham, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons chopped spring onion
2 tablespoons oil
1 beaten egg
Salt and pepper to taste
Boil water in a pan. Add shrimps and chicken in the boiling water and cook till they are done. Strain and keep aside.
Add 2 tbsp of oil in a heavy bottom frying pan, add all the meats, rice, Ching’s Secret All In One Sauce and stir well. Adjust the seasoning by adding salt and pepper. Add chopped spring onion and serve hot.
