In this rockin’ raw food demo, Jason Wrobel demonstrates the infamous Chocolate (Cacao) Avocado Jungle Peanut Pudding. So creamy, spicy, decadent and delightful, you may want to ask for his hand in marriage. He prefers a three-tiered Strawberry Shortcake Wedding Cake, by the way. Here’s the recipe, you sexy thang:
1/2 cup fresh hemp seed milk
1/2 cup clear agave nectar
2 medium to large avocados
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/2 heaping TBS. vanilla powder
1/2 tsp. himalayan salt
1 TBS. coconut oil
Small handful of raw jungle peanuts
Shredded coconut to top
Golden berries to top
Blend 1 cup of fresh water with 2-3 TBS. of hemp seeds to make fresh hemp milk. Add the agave nectar, coconut oil and avocado. Then add the remaining dry ingredients and jungle peanuts. Blend at high speed in a Vitamix or BlendTec blender until creamy and smooth. Top the pudding with some shredded coconut and golden berres. Serve immediately. Keeps for 5 days covered in the fridge.
