If you’re practicing at home, follow these tips to get the most out of your time on the mat:
• Get a space heater and a medium/large warm-mist humidifier
• Heat up the room for about an hour before you’re planning to practice
• Grab mat, towel, water and full length mirror if you have access to it!
• Move slowly and use your mindful breath to heat up your body… remember form over depth, ALWAYS
• To create more heat internally, do a few extra repetitions of pranayama deep breathing
