In this video I have shared “Eid Special Recipes” in a traditional Tamil Nadu style. All these recipes are so simple that even a beginner or bachelor can easily make with simple ingredient and with easy steps. Each dish taste super awesome and is so relishing to serve & your loved ones will be highly impressed after having them.

Lets note down the Ingredients for all recipes:
Chicken Fry:
½ kg chicken with bone
1 lemon
1 tsp of ginge garlic paste
½ tsp of turmeric powder
2 tsp of kashmiri red chilly powder
¼ tsp of black pepper powder
½ tsp of cumin powder
Salt as per taste

Brinjal Pachidi/Gravy:
5 to 6 brinjals
2 tbsp red chilly powder
2 tbsp coriander powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp black pepper corns
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tbsp roasted peanut
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp jaggery
4 to 5 garlic cloves
few curry leaves
2 green chillies
1 small lemon size tamarind
salt as per taste

Boiled egg masala fry:
4 boiled eggs
¼ tsp of turmeric powder
2 tsp of kashmiri red chilly powder
1 tsp of oil
salt as per taste

Kesari/ Semolina/ Sheera/ Sooji/ Rava ka halwa:
1 glass Rava (200gms)
2 glass hot water
1 glass sugar
3 tbsp desi ghee
2 tbsp cashews
2 tbsp raisins
¼ tsp cardamom powder
a pinch of saffron

Mutton Biryani:
1 kg long grain basmati rice
For cooking in pressure cooker:
1kg mutton with bone
2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
½ tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
1 glass water
For Masala:
3 big size onions
3 big size tomatoes
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp desi ghee
2 tbsp oil
1 cup coriander leaves
1 cup mint leaves
4 to 5 green chillies
1 lemon
½ tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp red chilly powder
2 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 bayleaves
4 cardamom
4 cloves
1 inch cinnamon stick
Salt as per taste

Kachumber/ Creamy curd raitha:
1 cup curd
1 big onion
1 small tomato
2 green chillies
¼ cup coriander leaves
Salt to taste

Lemon Mint Juice:
½ cup mint leaves
2 medium size lemon
½ tsp black salt
¼ tsp black pepper powder
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
½ tsp chat masala
3 tbsp sugar (adjust as per taste)
1 cup ice cubes
½ litre water
