राजस्थानी जंगली मास आज भी रोमांच के दौर का साक्षी है | Junglee Maas recipe by chef Ashish Kumar

The history of Rajasthan is full of stories, adventures, and traditions that are inviting us to know more about it’s past. Kings use to carry a lot of spices and cooking ingredients when they use to go for hunting. In the initial days, they use to relish Laal Maas, Laal Murgh and more of royal delicacies. At the end of their adventurous journey, due to a shortage of spices they use to enjoy only one recipe which was their favorite which is known as Junglee Maas. This dish is prepared with only five ingredients in which the main were the meat of hunted deer or wild boar, dried Mathaiya red chilies clarified butter, etc. The important thing is in spite of the use of lesser ingredients its taste was fabulous.
